Wilton, CT, June 25, 2019 – Altus Capital Partners, Inc. (“Altus”), an investment firm focused on highly engineered middle market manufacturing companies, today announced it has promoted Nick deMarco to Principal and Joshua Tesoriero to Vice President. Messrs. deMarco and Tesoriero will be based in the Wilton office.

As Principal, Mr. deMarco will be responsible for deal sourcing, strategic analysis, market research, underwriting, due diligence, closing new investments and assisting in managing existing portfolios. He joined Altus Capital Partners in 2016. Prior to Altus, Mr. deMarco held a number of positions at GE where most recently he was Assistant Vice President of GE Capital. Mr. deMarco started his career at GE Aircraft Engines where he had multiple roles in engineering, manufacturing, audit, and finance.

A CFA Charterholder, Mr. deMarco earned an MBA with honors and distinction from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T.

In his expanded role as Vice President, Mr. Tesoriero will be responsible for investment due diligence, underwriting, and portfolio company monitoring. He began his career at Morgan Stanley & Co. in a business strategy and analytics role. He holds an MBA and Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and an AB from Harvard University.
