Industry veteran expands senior distribution team as firm addresses investor demand for private real estate strategies

New York, NY, May 15, 2017 – Park Madison Partners, a New York-based real estate placement and advisory firm, announced today that Amy Cummings has joined the firm as a Partner. Ms. Cummings will focus on broadening the firm’s North American investor relationships and sourcing new best-in-class managers.

Ms. Cummings is a real estate veteran with experience in acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, and investor relations. She joins Park Madison Partners from MetLife Investment Management, where she was a Managing Director responsible for the development and management of relationships with institutional investors and consultants. Prior to joining MetLife, Ms. Cummings served for nearly 15 years at JPMorgan Asset Management, helping to expand JPMorgan’s real assets group into the institutional advisory space.

Before JPMorgan, Ms. Cummings served as a portfolio manager at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Prior to that, she was a President and owned a majority interest in Net Lease Partners. She started her career at W.P. Carey in 1982.
